When we met Kirk Drake it was clear that while his business brand, CU 2.0, was strong and thriving, his personal brand was in dire need of attention.

Kirk wears multiple hats – from being the founder of CU 2.0 and an accomplished author of two books to co-founding a winery with his wife and even pursuing stand-up comedy. With such a diverse array of skills, strengths, and interests, his personal messaging and image were suffering from inconsistency, resulting in confusion.

Recognizing the significance of focusing on his zone of genius, Kirk embarked on a journey with us to establish a powerful personal brand. His aim was to develop a brand that not only stood independently but also supported and heightened the CU 2.0 brand. He was seeking to establish his thought leadership, secure speaking engagements, eliminate confusion, and elevate his profile.

Through Brand Camp we discovered the common thread that connects everything Kirk does and it became his tagline "Disruption with a side of humor." No matter what he does, it will always be disruptive and he will always do it with humor.

We then brought his brand to life visually and designed everything from his color palette to his logo and website.
