Lauren Bennett is a naturopath specializing in fertility who came to us in need of clarity in her messaging.  

She reached out in the early days of Covid-19 this year because knew that she needed to use the time to work on her brand. 

Specifically, she was looking for someone to coach her through developing her messaging and guide her on how to convey it to the people she wants to serve. She also knew that her visual brand (logo, website etc…) would need a revamp.

We started by building the foundation through my Brand Camp process, diving deep into who she is, who her audience is, how she wants to show up, and the impact she wants to have.

We learned that all of the clients she wants to work with are women of childbearing years who are thinking about getting pregnant, already pregnant or struggling with fertility. Ultimately, they all want to have a healthy baby and have a family. This is the common thread – this is who she is speaking to on her website and social platforms.

We created her brand personality which dictates how she shows up both visually (colours, logo, fonts, graphics) and through her language.

When I first saw this logo that Maria created for Lauren I knew it was “the one”! I was so excited I could barely contain myself on the call where we presented the design options. What’s so special about it you might ask…well the line crossing the t’s is a stylized sperm and the circle represents the egg.

It’s elegant, smart and subtle and a beautiful nod to her focus on fertility. The colour combination seals the deal on this gorgeous new brand.

Lauren worked on updating her own website - with some guidance from us - and we created new social media graphics so her brand is now beautifully consistent!

We also created a monogram of her initials, a stand-alone icon of the sperm and egg from the logo and a customized design for her tagline. Each of these can be used on print material, her website, slide decks, social media etc…
